Switch. E-MobilesDirect.co.uk is a Barclaycard Merchant Services customer
and we use Protx to process securely all credit card transactions, visit
Protx.com for further information. All of the Protx solutions use high levels
of encryption. Protx has been audited and approved by APACS, Visa and
MasterCard and are also an approved payment solutions provider for Barclaycard

Placing an Order/Availability
Orders are placed via our secure online ordering facility and we only
accept orders within the UK. All products and services displayed on this web
site are subject to manufacturers availability and may be subject to change at
any time without prior notice. If an item ordered is out of stock we will
notify you within two working days of your order being placed
Fraud
All orders a subjected to fraud screening. We may on occassions ask for further
documentation or contact the individual to forward further details before
processing any orders. We collect all relevant information such as IP address
and locality of the order taking place to help deter any possible fraudulent
transactions.
Delivery
We aim to despatch orders within 2 working days, so you should normally
expect delivery within 2-4 working days.
Delivery dates are estimated and we will not be liable for losses incurred by
you resulting from any failure to meet any delivery date.
Delivery of products are by Royal Mail special delivery. Please check our
delivery policy for rates.
Returns
We will accept any product back within 7 days of purchase provided that the
product is sealed and in it's orignal unused and re-saleable condition along
with proof of purchase. You must inform us of your wish to return any goods via

unique reference number and address to speed up the process. Please refer
